Back from the city of lights

Walking through the city of lights. Las Vegas, Nevada. What an interesting city where tall buildings filled with large pictures and lights on the windows. The lights are crazy at night. The malls are crazily stacked up more that 3 stories. The attractions, the people, it's something you'd like to be amazed of. The statues in Caesar's Palace, the rides on the tower, the water show that comes out every hour, the pirate show, the volcano that erupts every hour. Circus Circus, the games, it's a carnival to live for. The heat. Spaz. The heat. It's a real vacation. I left to Vegas on Thursday morning. A ten hour drive. How crazy is our family? The highest degree that hit at Vegas for this weekend was 101. And it stayed like that till Sunday morning, it dropped to 98. My parent's godchild, RJ, he's 12. He is used to the heat. No doubt. his sister, little Lexie, she reminds me of Boo from Monsters Inc. But waaayyy more crazier. The other brother, 10 years old. He likes hanging out with Nathaniel, and can draw cartoons of people. Which is siiickk. I've always wanted to draw like that. Kuya Mel, he's really chill too. He drove us around downtown, to the malls, everywhere. It was too bad that we had to leave early, so we didn't really get to chill and know each other more. I'll tell you some main points of how my nights went. It all took place at night because hey, you'll want to wait on the sun to drop dead. First night, we drove through downtown, and went to this one place, where, you look up and you see this arc that extends from such as a 3 miles away filled with shops. As you look up, you can see lights, not ordinary lights, but it's like a TV. Everytime you walk, you can look up and just watch everything. It's a beautiful sight of television. Hahah. Later some time, they show you a small clip of the city of Vegas. It was great. Really! We head to Circus Circus the next night. We watched some crazy performances, and played around. Yes I went through the casino, and hey you might get used to the smoke. You can get used to anything in Vegas. Next night, we went to the strip. Not the strip club, we went to the street that held all the lights in Vegas. Crazy stuff was going on. Cops going around, cars bumped up their musics, crazy white girls singing along with each other on the streets and their cars, weird guys passing out cards of naked women. Nah seriously. It was Jovill, Nate, RJ, Kuya Mel, and their cousin Yaoi, and I. We watched so many performances, and spent so much on candy. It was sad because we wanted to go tot he 3rd floor in Caesar's Palace to check out the big piano that you can step on and make noise. Oh wells. Wow, in Caesar's Palace, you seel so much Statues, and they're BIG. No kidding. Plus when you look up, the ceiling was a sky painting. So yea. We got to see some things, but not even close to most things. So we hit it at Denny's and I can't believe they haven't been to Denny's before. We played the sugar game, and so did Kuya Mel and Yaoi. Then they started to play the Tabasco game. Hahah, Yaoi lost like 3 times, but Kuya Mel loves Tabasco haha. It was a little awkward, cause I sat next to Yaoi. He reminds me of Bay people. He dress like them and looks like them. And I finally realized at the end of the night, he was the same age as me. The Pablo's(family name) is full of breakers and ballas, I can see that. Hahah, it was nice spending time with them, but I didn't get to meet all of their cousins, but it was a great weekend for me really. I enjoyed meeting their friends from church too, and we should all hook up for Tsunami this year. Hahhhaha, great filipino families coming together and what not, it's a nice feeling that keeps you smiling. I hope to go back to Vegas anytime.
